Young people can discuss the problems from their point of view. We have to remember to use simple language and encourage them not only write to each other but prepare reports for all. Of course its only suggestions. Every school can write something from own point of view and send information to us all. Ta część projektu dotyczy propozycji uprawiania sportu, a także spędzania czasu, tak abyśmy się czuli dobrze i mieli wyśmienitą kondycję. Tu znajdują się propozyje charakterystyczne dla większości mlodzieży w Polsce. Uprawianie sportu i spędznie czasu na otwartej przestrzeni jest alternatywą dla dzisiejszego modelu życia spędzanego przed telewizorem a także zagrożenia typu: papierosy, akohol, narkotyki. On this page we are presenting different kind of activities in Poland.I hope they are still young people interested in sport and and open air activities.We are against: smoking, drug addict, alkohol. |

| A healthy lifestyle Everyone wants to live healthily to live longer and be energetic and happy. We must eat all products expect fatty foods and sweets. We must eat a lot of dairy products, meat ,fruit, vegetables and cereal to give a lot of minerals, protein and vitamins to our body. We should drink a lot of fruit juice and mineral water, and should not drink too much coffee, tea and alcohol. Moreover, we should exercise not much but regularly. We can go cycling, jogging, swimming, play basketball or football, do aerobics, or least go for a walk with Your dog. To live healthily and happily we must sleep regularly. It is better to read a book instead of sitting in front of TV for many hours. We also must give up smoking or taking drugs .If we follow these rules, we will be fit and feel great all the time.

| Healthy lifestyle- what does it mean for me? A person who maintains a healthy lifestyle should be someone performs various sport activities. The food we eat is of great importance. It should consist of veraiety of fruit and vegetables. Its better to walk or wide a bicycle instead of driving a car, when possible. And of course, a good nights rest is also necessary. we should also limit the time spent watching TV and sitting in front of our computers. Two hours a day is quite enough. We should try to have a calm and relaxed lifestyle because stress can lead to a nervous breakdown. Its also important for us to have regular working hours and of course, we should not exceed eight hours a day. After work we should find time to go to swimming pool. Water has positive influence on our organism.

| Sport I do is training in the gym. I train three times a week. Each training takes me about two hours .I start with warm up Next, I train all parts of body. To keep healthy lifestyle I have a proper diet. I eat meals that have albumin: milk, cheese, ect... . Besides , before every training I drink proper nutration with reduce fat. Effects can be seen after couple of months. Similar exercises are doing: Czarnecki Adam and Gorecki Piotr. We are fascinating professional body-builders. Look at the pictures:
